How We Handle Enquiries
Enquiries submitted via the contact form are reviewed during working hours, Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 to 17:00 Egypt Standard Time. We respond within two working days with a proposal or a request for additional information.
For seasonal orders (Ramadan and Eid), we recommend submitting enquiries at least four weeks before the required delivery date. Branding enquiries require additional lead time for artwork processing.
Phone enquiries are answered during the same working hours. If we are unavailable, email is the most reliable way to reach us.
